The renovation of the great room includes painting the cathedral ceiling and walls a warm white to light and brighten the room. Twelve years ago, our family room ceiling suffered water damage from condensation in the attic, which caused water stains. That is why I wanted to renovate the ceiling. Even though the builder fixed and repainted the area, there was still a noticeable water-damage mark.
