Having difficulty envisioning what your refreshed room could look like? This is a great way to decorate your room (or rooms) with the help of a designer, without a major investment.
Do you live outside of Ontario, but you want decorating help. This e-design package is for you.
This package includes the following:
- A furniture plan which shows the placement of furniture, lighting, accessories and potentially flooring materials
- A mood board with the recommended furniture, furniture upholstery fabric, paint chips, flooring material, accessories, lighting, window treatment fabric
- A list of items selected and their cost to purchase from Lynterior’s suppliers and at a discount of up to 30%
How it Works:
You send Lynteriors…
- Room meaurements
- A filled out questionnaire e-mailed to you by Lynteriors. This helps me get to know your dreams and aspirations for the space, how you use the space etc. The questionnaire is the most important part of the process.
- Photos of the room(s)
- Inspirational photos you have collected.
- The budget for the space.
Then….
- A one hour call is scheduled to kick start the project and check out details.
- Lynteriors works on a design concept for your room(s)-please allow two weeks.
- You will receive an email with an attachment of your space fully designed. This will include the furniture layout plan (floor plan) for the room and the mood board. The mood board can include photos of the fabric, furniture, light fixtures, accessories, floor covering, paint chips etc.
- Another call is scheduled to discuss recommendations and receive pricing to correspond with selected items and discuss items to proceed with.
- For homeowners who live in the Aurora vicinity, the discussion may include talking about the required trades. This may include timing and scheduling of trades to carry out renovation work if that is part of the project.
